EUPMC is a Michigan nonprofit corporation incorporated in 1922, tax-exempt as 501(c)(2) from 1945 until reincorporation, and reincorporated in 2025 as a 501(c)(3) public charity effective January 29, 2026, under IRC Section 509(a)(2).
